Here are the steps I use to export messages from a mail folder:
1. Run The Bat!.
2. Click on a message in the mail folder.
3. Press Ctrl+* (asterisks) to expand all message threads.
4. Press Ctrl+A to highlight all messages.
5. Click Tools | Export Messages | UNIX Mailbox
6. In the Save Messages
