 Folder -> Browse deleted messages
Select the message
 Press Delete to undelete it

Undeleting a deleted message

I deleted a message from my inbox and trash and then realized I
shouldn't have. I have not compacted the folders, so the message is
still in the messages.tbb file.

Is there a way to undelete that message?
