I wondered if anybody would mention it here, and so Bob Morris did. The day after the release of the 3.2 megabyte download of version 2.10.00, version 2.10.01 was released and its size is 3.8 MB. There were no obvious changes between the two. As I had loaded 2.10.00 over my previous version (2.04.07) there was still a help file present so the explanation wasn't readily apparent. Looking at the file date I can now see that it is an old Help File. I will now install the update to 2.10.01 to get access to the latest Help File.
