achieving alphabetic order amongst folders

From David Robert Austen [EMAIL PROTECTED] what a simple question . . but I can't get this myself, after trying numerous times over months. how do I periodically re- sort folders within folders so they always stay in alphabetic order? new folders always go the the bottom. yikes. i am sure
