Nah, that was my first thought: setting up a filter but there's no
logic behind the saving: it's random so it would have to make too much
filters. But Roelofs' solution works like a charm :-)

 Select the messages -> Right mouse button -> Attachments - > Save all...

 Works  for  the alpha I'm currently using, but IIRC it worked for the
 latest v4 versions too.

Select multiple messages, right click and select Attachments -> Save
all or Attachments -> Save all to...
