Can you be more specific?
I receive HTML mails (never mind from Outlook or other mailers), and
TB's plain-text viewer concatenates words, and adds question marks. I
think there is a bug report somewhere, let me do a search while you
reply whether this is what you mean.

No, I wouldn't think that. I've known Rtilabs for too long to hope for
up-to-date documentation. ;-)
