It is not necessary to have enemies if you go out of your way to make friends
hate you.

Importing OpenPGP keys from clearsigned messages

2014-02-25 Thread MFPA
Hi

When you receive a PGP clearsigned message that contains a pgp key
inside the portion of the message covered by the signature, and the
message is signed with a key not already on your pgp keyring, can TB!
import the pgp key into your keyring?

In my TB! version, this does not work because TB! chokes on
- —–BEGIN PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK—– and
- —–END PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK—–
so I have to use a text editor to remove the extra from
the "begin" and "end" lines.

I have received an email asking for feedback on
wanting to know if it is
worked around for recent TB! versions.

Anybody with a recent version who knows?

Hard work never killed anyone, but why take a risk?
