That should have been "reinstall version 10.2.1". Another thought struck me. Are you using the normal (WITHOUT autoupdate) version or the alternative "with autoupdate" version? I always use the former. Then I suggest you get either version 10.2 (I see a "red X) in this version or 10.2.1 (this seems to be new when I did a "check for updates" a few minutes ago, but I haven't downloaded 10.2.1 yet. It should be there as a red X (without any text) between "Search" and "Highlights only" at the top of the screen.
