I first received a message from the list software that the message is larger than allowed and must be released by a mod, and later I received the message with attachment through the list. So I assumed a mod had released it. Headers say your message content is "Content-Type: multipart/mixed", but then I can see only two parts and both are "Content-Type: text/plain". This is why when viewing your message in the Preview pane I only get two tabs: Text and Part.txt. Strange! -- Best regards, Miguel A.
