Try "Quoted Text (even)" and "Quoted Prefix (even)" or
"Quoted Text (odd)" and "Quoted Prefix (odd)"

Changing the template settings does not seem to have any effect. For instance I 
cannot find a way to change the line above starting "Thanks"
