I don't have any reply option in the context menu while in the
message, highlighted text or not. I have "Reply" in the context menu
when right-clicking on the message in the message list.

I have "Reply" and "Reply to all" in the drop down menu under Message
in the Message Viewer.

I cannot find "Reply to all quoting selected text" anywwhwere.

Hi Marck, the following is an email you sent me several years ago. Still valid?

Dear Jack,

@18-Nov-2017, 9:14  -0600  (19-Nov 05:19 here) Jack S. LaRosa [JSL]
in mid:1683949350.20171118231...@charter.net said to MFPA:

LG I'm not sure we can add attachments, but maybe it would be okay

It would.

It is.

M>> I have never noticed anybody getting "trouted" when they posted links
M>> to screenshots. So it has been accepted, which I guess means it is
M>> acceptable.

JSL> Thanks M. I'll see what happens.

Here's the lore:

Attachments (inc screen-shots) are perfectly acceptable (although HTML
messages are frowned upon because they invariably double the size of
any simple message and our transmission facilities are provided FOC by
a generous host, on whose generosity I /know/ none of us would wish to
over-impose).

...HOWEVER...

There are limits to the size of permitted attachments. 25k on TBUDL
and 75k on TBBETA. If your screen-shot is small enough, attach it by
all means. You can even chance it. The worst that can happen is an
automated rejection from the Mailman server.

I hope that clarifies things.

I've tried on multiple messages.

And in Shortcuts, "reply to all using selected text" is not a choice as far as
I can tell.

Thanks for checking!
I am using "reply to all using selected text".
Though I just found out it works in text view when there is *only* text view.
If there are both html and text available, it doesn't work in text view.
Instead it opens the reply in HTML, but the whole message and not just the
selected text.
In the toolbar on the bottom I can then choose to use plain text, and it will
show the selected text,
but that's yet another click.

By the way, is there a short cut for "reply using selected text", since I can't
currently create a button for that?
What used to be quick and simple (select text, click custom button) has turned
into select text, right click, go to message, click "reply using...", then
choose plain text in bottom toolbar.
