Actually, I didn't have problems with the first one, since I saw the results; it was all the others! I suspect my system setup is so simple, that the other choices would be moot in my case anyway. An undo would be a great addition, since there's no choice in the window to restore the previous set-up. I filed the folders into family members first, then ranked people who need to be answered right away, then others who are not so frequent. It would be difficult for TB! to offer a choice to sort this way! :-)Thanks Jack. -- Regards, Maggie If the earth was flat, cats would have pushed everything off it by now. I now see that there's a window that governs the folder arrangement, and it at least shows me that I must have hit 'name' while rushing around and unconsciously clicking okay to get rid of the window Never knew it existed! I'd love to have an explanation of how all the choices might affect my setup before randomly trying each one though. I notice there's no help button in that window. -- Best, Maggie “Insufficient facts always invite danger.” — Spock Running Windows 7, and emailing with The Bat! 7.0.0.56 Current version is 9.1.18 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
