I used PGP 7.0.3 up until a few days ago and now use 8.0.3. Both free versions and both worked flawlessly. If you decide to use 8.0.3 Free version just un-check all the additional pieces it wants to load (email plugins, etc.) and load the basic software. TheBat! already has built in support for PGP. See http://www.mccune.cc/PGPpage2.htm for a pretty good QA on PGP in general. -- Regards, Plan9 Two strings walk into a bar. GnuPG works pretty well here, as does PGP 6.5.8ckt. In my previous post I failed to point you to https://netfiles.uiuc.edu/ehowes/www/ss/pgp8fw/pgp8fw.htm which is a very good installation tutorial for version 8. You may want to visit it to see if this is the way you installed PGP. If you installed any of the optional components it may bring up the license screen where I think you are seeing the Later Manual Purchase Now. I chose to not install any option components. -- Regards, Plan9 Two strings walk into a bar. The first string says to the bartender: Bartender, I'll have a beer. u.5n$x5t?*4ru!2[sACC~ErJ. Hi Plan9, You were right. I had not removed the tick from PGPDisk, thinking I would have a look at it later. I re-installed PGP and the license screen never showed itself anymore. -- Best regards, Gerard -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Things That Sound Dirty At Golf But Aren't: You really whacked the hell out of that sucker Using The Bat! v2.12.00 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 Current version is 2.12.00 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
