Well, it's not 100% correct - most of the problems were fixed for sure as I was 
experiencing them  before the release and do not see them after the release.

My customisation is "show button captions" and moving the "Send +
Check for All" button to just after "Get New Mail". I still have to
set "show button captions" each time I restart TB! but the "Send +
Check for All" button stays where I put it. YMMV. Somebody on TBBETA
reported customising the antispamsniper toolbar is still not sticky.
