Hello tbudl, ... opens a new message? The email addresses are displayed when one clicks on the double downward pointing caret arrows in the To: field. What I wish to do is delete some of the names from this list, but, thus far, have not found the specific list or any option that initiates this list to be created. What I wish to do is delete some of the names from this list, Click on the double downward pointing caret arrow as you call it to open the list. Then, use Down and Up keys to scroll the list to get to the name(s) you want to delete. Once you are there, just hit Delete. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
