Dd you install with or without autoupdate? It is best wthout autoupdate, but when you run for the first time use the "C:\Program Files\The Bat!\thebat64.exe" /reg:02repairV10 command line. Then try installing 10 again over 9. If you run into the same problem, uninstall 9, install an empty 10 then restore your version 9 backup. lost config
Hello, I just installed 10.3.2 over 9.3.01 and my configuration is gone. It found my accounts but all my configuration and messages are gone. I have been using TheBat since 2010. Every update was painless. However, this one was not painless. I was able to restore version 9 with a backup I had, but do not want to install 10 again (which I just paid for) until I can be sure it will install and capture all my messages and configuration. Any suggestions on what I did wrong or what the issue is?
