"The HTC Magic pricing starts from free on a two year contract at £35 per month including unlimited mobile internet use" So Vodafone UK just launched their first Android phone, the HTC Magic and they're selling it with an unlimited data plan for internet use. All internet you can eat, you think. Just listen all your podcasts, watch videocasts or kick that ongoing online radio, play ted talks like there's no tomorrow and whatnot on your phone, with your unlimited mobile internet! YAY! WRONG! See the asterisk: "subject to a fair usage policy of 500MB per month" That's how Vodafone invented the unlimited fair use of 500MB per month data plan. How great could this be? Vodafone knows that you will never use more that 500MB per month, it's fair use, c'mon!, it's mobile, getting over it is not regular use, you know. Forget all your podcasts or ted talks for your 8GB memory card. You are supposed to do that 500MB per month a time, not all at once, it's not fair use... //VD. _______________________________________________ tce mailing list tce@lists.paradigma.pt http://lists.paradigma.pt/mailman/listinfo/tce
