If you build directly from GitHub and not from the release, you will need
to install AutoGen. If you are reproducing release versions, you need
to download a specific version (e.g. 5.18.4). Autogen is not very version
friendly.

Next, run

    ./autgen.sh
    ./configure
    make
    sudo make install
