Russian standards body has issues a standard GOST R 34.12-2015 defining two block ciphers: magma and kuznyechik. English descriptions of these ciphers are defined in draft-dolmatov-magma (in RFC editor queue) and RFC 7801 respectively. These patches add support for basic constructions using these ciphers.
