Using uvmhist without ddb?

Hello. I'm working on an issue with NetBSD-5 that may involve a problem with error paths in uvm. I'd like to use the uvmhist facilities in NetBSD to see if I can help track the issue down. However, the machine on which I'm doing this work doesn't support the convenient use of ddb(4).
