I’ll see if I can find any further details about this. I’m wondering whether it 
may be a product of Elitech Group. If so, it won’t be cheap. They’re now a part 
of the VFO Group, the same group which Freedom Scientific formed when they 
starting swallowing up most of the accessibility companies they could get their 
hands on.



There are still a number of developers which Freedom has not yet managed to 
silence. For example, Dolphin Computer Access and, of course, Serotec. Not, 
apparently, for the want of trying. Actually, it is a shame that there’s no 
such thing as an equivalent to our Manopolies And Mergers Commission in the 
States. There prectices might then be deemed as unfair competition, or not in 
the best interests of consumers.

Was talking to someone several days ago who mentioned a new talking Multi 
Meter, this unit is made in Russia apparently.

I’ve not been able to get further information other than what I’ve just written 
so perhaps someone else may know exactly what I’m talking about here.
