Position : Business/Financial Analyst Location : Herndon, VA Duration : 6+ months
*Only need who has working in the financial/mortgage industry for 5 years (previous Fannie and/or Freddie with no non-compete issues are ideal) using DOORS.* QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Information Systems Master's Degree preferred 5-7 years of experience in the mortgage industry as a lender, servicer, or investor preferred. 5-7 years of experience analyzing and writing business requirements for complex systems. 2-5 years of experience in project management preferred. Excellent analytical and business requirements writing skills, the ability to understand and analyze complex issues. Must have the ability to work independently on tasks under aggressive deadlines. Excellent leadership and influencing skills to facilitate cross-functional teamwork in a fluid environment. Broad knowledge of mortgage industry preferred. Knowledge of the secondary mortgage market preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and demonstrated presentation skills. Experience with Requirements Management Tools such as DOORs, VISIO, Rational, Remedy preferred. Proficiency using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project) is required. Strong working knowledge of web applications desirable.
