Location: Jackson, MS Duration: 9 months Rate: Open Start Date: July 1st week Client has planned a four phase approach to implement ProjectWise V8i. These phases will consist of the following: Phase 1, Planning/Analysis Phase 2, Development and pilot (Preliminary Configuration) Phase 3, Development and use-case study Phase 4, Full implementation
Throughout the ProjectWise implementation the Vendor will be required to do the following: Troubleshoot and resolve end user technical support questions for engineers, drafters, and surveyors; Recommend and update configuration changes to workspaces and managed configuration blocks in ProjectWise; Work with client to customize Microstation V8i interface based on client staff needs; Recommend any improvements that may increase efficiency; Recommend and implement client approved changes to the client CADD Standards Manual and configure files; Configure and troubleshoot issues with InterPlot and Digital Archives; Work with client to resolve staff technical support questions; Bulk importing and exporting data in and out of ProjectWise; Configure the ProjectWise environment and make recommendations for improvements; Work with client to customize ProjectWise interface to meet client needs and improve efficiency; Assist client in administration of user permissions and project folders; Set and administer client Microstation Managed Workspaces; Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize vertical application integration such as, but not limited to, Geopak, Descartes, IPLOT, Heastad and Bentley Maps, and Bentley Bridge suite; Set up, modify, and configure title block integration; Work with client to develop and implement workflows and states; Manage, update, and maintain servers and client applications; and Develop procedures and processes to consider Shared DGN's.
