Window Server (2008 and 2012) is only 64-bit now. (This change was made when
Windows Server 2008 R2 came out)

TeraScript 6.x is a 32-bit application.

However, Windows has "WOW64" support, which means that 32-bit application are
run in an emulation mode on 64-bit OSes. This works perfectly and
Witango/TeraScript 6.x fully support Windows Server 2008 64-bit.

There are a few small things that you need to set properly, and they are either
handled by the installer or outlined in the installation documentation.

TeraScript 7 will be released in both 32-bit and 64-bit builds.

Subject: TeraScript-Talk: Witango 6x on Windows 2008

Hi:

We are a little behind time :) as we are still using Witango 6x.

Does Witango 6x work on Windows 2008 server (standard edition)? I spoke with
Dell and they told me that Windows 2008 that they sell with the PowerEdge
server is only for x64 and not x32.

Does Windows 2008 has a x32 version? If not, does Witango has x64 version?

Please help. Thanks!

MC
