If you use text = pytesseract.image_to_string(image, config='--psm 6'), I get 
"veveee edt her2018, ’" as output. Not really what is written there, but 
without psm 6 the output is completely empty... Furthermore I would recommend 
to crop the image as thight as possible without the white bar at the top. You 
can do this by writing a script as well
