Boot an older image, update everything related to grub, mkinitrd and
dracut. Then do a new grub2-install and mkinitrd on that newest
initramfs. Seems to have worked for me on multiple f21 systems that got the
same problem going from 3.18 to 3.19
kernels.

That's a bug and should be fixed.

Applicability of the changes in configuration is broken, at least to some
extent.
e.g.
Controller USB - USB2 to USB3 and vice versa,
etc.
$ rpm -q virt-manager
virt-manager-1.2.0-1.fc22.noarch
$ rpm -q virt-manager
virt-manager-1.2.0-1.fc23.noarch
However it is resolved upstream.
Tested with
For a while now, I can't pin down the exact date the problem started :-(, I
have been unable to use systemctl – which is rather problematic.
# systemctl
Failed to list units: Access denied
# whoami
root
#
Using Google I discovered Debian had a similar issue with systemd-shim with
the systemd 215

Greetings testers!
We haven't had a QA meeting in a long time, it seems we could do another
session. The only important
libappindicator-gtk3 breaks virt-manager's systray functionality, precisely:
click on virt-manager's systray icon via left mice button -should- quickly show
or hide Virtual Machine Manager window.
If remember correctly, I have already mentioned this problemo at least twice,
right mister Robinso
"Failed to mount /sysroot" occurs with recent Rawhide Live images.
