python conflict, allowerasing no help, skipbroken no help

file /usr/lib/libpython3.so from install of system-python-libs-3.5.1-7.fc24.i686.rpm conflicts with file from package python3-libs-3.4.3-5.fc24.i686. How to resolve conflict and get dnf update to proceed? Can python3-libs be manually removed without breaking something critical, like rpm or

Not totally empty. One directory got some sort of 13 byte cache file. I umounted /usr/local/ in order to get dnf to proceed to install its nothingness. Far more than 128KB was actually free on that filesystem. -- "The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive."
