Perhaps it's not the same issue, but here some RPMs fail to install with
either dnf or yum (running rawhide up-to-date i686). If I try to install
the rpm file from /var/cache with rpm -ivh I also get a return status of
139. If I use more -v's I don't get anything, it just stops at D:
