Testcase upgrade previous workstation encrypted problem

Performing the test case "upgrade dnf previous workstation encrypted" I hit the following problem: once upgraded F26 to F28, after the log in, I'm flooded by a never ending selinux notifications. I hit the same issue upgrading the system using either dnf or gnome-software as well. I'm able to
