ller seems not a free tool, but both distiller and
illustrator are part of the commercial acrobat software, isn't it?
Where did you find distiller as freeware?
I did not. I meant dvipdfm is the second best tool and the best
freeware tool.

not find any offending copyright notice. The
occasional segfaults in earlier versions have apparently by now
been taken care of.
