I just compiled a new teTeX, withut any problems on my linux machine and I encountered a prolem I've seen previously also: \documentclass[a4paper]{article} \usepackage{palatino} \begin{document} Hello world \end{document} When previewing the above file in xdvi, I get the messages below. Hope so
