AFAI can see, up to now everyone build it's own wrapper to work around
the deficiencies of the mozilla zoo. Our systems here have at least
three solutions, two: a wrapper binary called gnome-moz-remote and a
menu bar plugin called webcontrol_applet, being part of the gnome
project, and one handmade showurl/showfile script pair.

texconfig should provide for a string option which can be set to some
or the other such program given an url parameter, maybe defaulting to
        'netscape -remote openURL(%u)'
