A question to the experts:
For PMX or M-Tx: if the rest r2 or r0 is at the start of a bar would it be
possible to
adjust the rest automatically in the middle of the free space?
This is the sort of thing where M-Tx just blindly
I'm not inclined to change PMX to enable
such automatic centering.
