Was there last weekend. Did the Mega Quest (challenge course) and the Mega Zip (zip lines). Bike course (BMX & mountain bike) is still under construction (some parts are complete but it's not yet open to the public). They do have a Mega Tram tour, where they drive around the mine w/ a mini SUV,

Does anybody have any experience with the PMI Heightec Twist/Compact ascenders (comparable to the Petzle Croll/Basic ascender)? Dr. Gary Storrick wasn't that take with them but curious if others have used them and in what configuration (frog vs. rope-walker). Thanks for any input, John Kerr _
