Certainly goes against everything I was told when I first started caving many,
M-A-A-A-A-N-N-N-Y years ago.

I'm terribly saddened by this. I didn't know. I spent a week on the 1994
Huautla expedition and my small group helped haul a lot of gear up one deep
pit. I was told that the expedition team remaining left a water-powered battery
