I imagine someone out there has no idea what or when The NSS Howdy Party is. I can only guess even many of the attendees consider the party a minor event at the NSS Convention. Some might even call it a lame party or even a gathering of old fuddy-duddies. I have been to thirteen NSS Howdy Partie
