Yes, it was Ronnie Fieseler, as a tribute to Charlie Yates, who
died in August. Charlie was a 1970s caver with the
Southwest Texas State Grotto at San Marcos (now Texas State). He
was a "living history" reenactor, and co-owned the cannon with
Ronnie, who is also a
Feisler perhaps, I didn't stay for the parade or the food or the canon
shoot. I am just a popper inner.
