Cavers and friends are welcome. If you get lost, the phone number is 210.479.2151. This is a pot luck so feel free to bring food, drinks, ice, desserts, or anything else you want to bring. Just make sure your plate goes home with you. There will also be a white elephant gift exchange. The grill will also be fired up. If you would like to participate in the gift exchange, please bring an appropriate gift. We'll draw numbers and let folks select. ALL gifts have to go home with their recipient. IF you (or I or anyone else) feel you shouldn't drive home, you're welcome to spend the night but I will put you to work on Sunday cleaning the house. I'll also feed you breakfast (you you're up to eating). Party starts at 5-6 pm and goes until folks leave or fall asleep. The hot tub is up and running so you might want to bring a towel etc. Rules, no pets, especially as white elephant gifts (I'm afraid they'll get left here). Service animals are allowed. Don't block anyone's drive way, be respectful of the neighbors (I still have to live here after the party), and STAY off the roof. Geary and Sue ---End Message--- ---BeginMessage--- Folks, Last night's Bexar Grotto party was a great success with about 75 folks attending. Good food, Bob Cowell's Gumbo was outstanding as usual and with some great pies. The gift exchange was fun but someone left their gift here - some rope, zip ties, and duct tape, all partially used (very strange). Geary and Sue ---End Message---
