One simple solution is to change the Old timer registration to $30, and see how many still insist they qualify! All, For registration purposes this year, Child is classified as 12 years of age and under Old Timer is people who were caving before TCR started in 1978 I know there will be questions and complaints and we will deal with them as they arise.
