Navigate to the Users admin page. In recent plugin versions the username
has a link to an account details page, where you see the token, that has
been sent and is required for verification.
Note too, that recently admin users are allowed to create verified
accounts right-away.
If you have more issues, please report them. I'm eager to learn any
pending issues for current `trunk` version, because its meant to become
next stable version acct_mgr-0.4 very soon.
