There shouldn't have been any change, but I'll look into it shortly.
You'll need to c checkout over HTTPS, but HTTP redirect.

There was an issue with the authz permissions file. We are preparing for a
server switch and it looks like one of the switchover steps was run
prematurely. I apologize for the inconvenience. You should be able to
checkout now.
