Yes the entrance is marked. I've attached the Aven view with entrances highlighted (Therion generated 3D file). Note that the surface legs have been excluded from the Aven presentation. Entrance was declared as follows: cs OSGB:XX fix 21 X X 480 # Tweaked to match Google Earth
