Hello Martin, thank you very much, again, however i cannot reproduce the issue right now. It seems that it vanished even with my original problematic dataset. The most probable error source lies in my thconfig file somewhere, and the second most possible error source is in the dataset itself.

Hello again, i now stripped my cave data from all scrap imports. Only centerline data remains in the dataset. The result is now, that the export with only "MyCave" selected magically works, so the problem has to be somewhere in my scraps and NOT in therion itself. I think i need to dig
