I'm attaching protractor source code in metapost. You can generate
protractors using
mpost protr.mp
pdftex protr.tex
You can change configuration in protr.mp
The parameters mean:
- scale denominator
- length units
- angle units
- radius in the given length units
- major length marking in
That will be great

Well, I don't really know where to begin to draw a protractor in metapost
or metafont
So if that source comes up and if public it would be great. Otherwise I
will use the current one.
