CakePHP : The Rapid Development Framework for PHP https://trac.cakephp.org/
Cake is a rapid development framework for PHP which uses commonly known design
patterns like ActiveRecord, Association Data Mapping, Front Controller and MVC.
Our primary goal is to provide a structured framework that enables PHP users at
all levels to rapidly develop robust web applications, without any loss to
flexibility.

Comment:

This issue is related to Cake's session security, which you presumably
have set to 'high'. Since Cake is regenerating the session ID on every
request, if the user cancels the request mid-way, then the session ID
can't be retrieved by the browser, and the session data on the server
becomes disconnected from the browser. The solution is to set your
 session security to 'medium'.
