#5746: HTML Helper - div broken

Comment (by grigri):

 Here's what it says in the docblock:

 {{{
  * @param string $text String content that will appear inside the div
 element.
  * If null, only a start tag will be printed
 }}}

 JadB is passing `null` for the `$text` parameter, so it only prints an
 open tag. If you want an empty (but closed) tag, use an empty string, not
 `null`.

 You are right, I overlooked that hint. But I still think it is a bug, as
 you don't expect that the method creates just a start tag if you don't
 pass a $text parameter. It's not intuitive.

 It is totally intuitive since you read the doc block. I'm closing this
 ticket because the usage is correct and the return is expected according
 to the API.

 its a bit ridiculous to be using a helper to return an empty div. In fact
 it would be fewer characters if you just did return 'div
 id=testId/div';

 Do you know his use case that you can say it is ridiculous what he is
