Comment:

 Additional character support is not going to be added. An additional $map
 param allows you to add new characters to Inflector::slug().  See
 http://code.cakephp.org/commits/view/6740206ec74ad9e4d803ce97abbe8eb76c6f070
 and
 http://code.cakephp.org/commits/view/b4c3868a04ebbcc3341925ca7c89d874b623e428
 for new syntax and usage.  If you have multiple places where you need
 additional characters mapped, it is suggested that you wrap
 Inflector::slug() with an application specific function.
