 There are many circumstances where you would like a different login action
 for admins and one for 'normal' users. If that is not the case, that's why
 the option of overriding the default is there.

 That is correct. One can always override default $loginAction, but the
 default $loginAction still cannot be used as is.

 You can always force the login action to route to a non-admin action by
 setting the Auth::$loginAction route yourself and forcing the admin prefix
 to false.
