David, The issue is within TW v2.6.2 and v2.6.3. The fix is within v2.6.4. The solution: download an empty v2.6.4. Load it and import all your TWs' tiddler into it. This is the backwards way of upgrading a TW but it will work. Once in v2.6.4 you shouldn't have import issues again (at least not
