Hi All, I have some doubt about the TW5 performance. Perhaps you may help to shade some lights on it.
The more pictures I imported into my TW, the longer it takes to save the tiddler. I had several TW for different purpose. I have one that I used to collect my though and news clipping, that contain several pictures (not too much). Another TW I stored only text format tiddler, not a single pictures I import. Both TW have almost similar number of tiddlers stored in the HTML file, about 800 tiddlers. The TW which contain pictures in the HTML files prone to be slower and it takes longer time to load and save a tiddler. I often need to cross my fingers whenever I click on the save button. It will crash and the HTML file empty itself, the file size become 0KB. I am using FireFox + TiddlyFox plugin + Dropbox. Luckily dropbox allow me to restore previous version files. But it takes me some to to restore it as the HTML file size is about 6MB (quite small isn't it, I heard some people has 1GB html file). The other TW, which contain only text, prone to be a bit faster and seldom crash, usually crash due to Firefox problem not the TW problem. Is there any recommendation that not to import picture into TW5?
